IF A USER PURCHASES AN ITEM FROM TOPBOOKS.MY THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE TOPBOOKS.MY SITE, THE USER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO RETURN SUCH ITEM IN AN UNUSED CONDITION FOR A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. CUSTOMERS WILL BEAR THE COST OF RETURN COURIER/POSTAL CHARGES.

SECTION 5 - NOTICES

User consents to receive electronic communications from TOPBOOKS.MY, whether addressed to the e-mail address associated with such User's TOPBOOKS.MY account or posted on the TOPBOOKS.MY Site. User acknowledges and agrees that any communication via e-mail or by postings on this TOPBOOKS.MY Site satisfies any legal requirement that such communications be made in writing

SECTION 6 - LOGIN NAME (USER ID) AND PASSWORD

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login name (User ID) and password to any other person. You are not to disclose your password to any other person. You are responsible for the use of your account, whether or not authorized by you.

You shall immediately notify TOPBOOKS.MY if it comes to your knowledge that your password has been compromised or there has been unauthorized use of your account.

TOPBOOKS.MY shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind suffered by you as a result of unauthorized use of your login name and password.
