What is our Return Policy?
We accept returns from our customer for items received with the following conditions:

• Item(s) received are defective OR incorrect as per your order.
• You must inform/email us within 7 days of receipt of shipment if you decide to return items back to us.
  
  

We will extend full refund for items returned that fulfils the above conditions.

How to return your purchase?
1) Please email us at support@topbooks.my with subject "Return Item". Please also include photos of the items and reason to return.
2) We will contact you to initiate the return process and assist you as soon as possible.
