If the book is in stock, we will process and ship out the order within 1-3 working days. Working days exclude Sundays and Public Holidays.
If the book is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and advice you on our estimated re-order wait time or if you preferred, to initiate the refund process.
We have option for Express Shipping (1-4 days) and POS Parcel (5-10 days). We ship from our store in Klang, therefore it will take longer to reach East Malaysia compare to Peninsular Malaysia.
For Free Shipping option, we will use Express Shipping or POS Parcel (via Ground) for Peninsular Malaysia, and POS Parcel (via Sea) for East Malaysia.
Topbooks.my do not accept any cancellation of orders once it has been processed.
At Topbooks PLT, we charge our customer the exact shipping fee that our courier company charges us to ship the item (100% pass through). Therefore, our delivery rates are subject to change from time to time.
The total weight of all items and destination of the order determines the delivery cost. Our system will calculate and display to you the actual delivery cost during the checkout process prior to you making the payment.
