Jenny, a young woman who has just returned from London, comes back to Tumpoi City to help with her father's business partner, Alex is involved in an illegal project that has harmed many people. Angered by Alex's arrogance and his exploitation of the weak, Jenny makes a bold decision--to don the costume of "cat girl" and embark on a mission of revenge.

With her agility and intelligence, Jenny begins stealing Alex's wealth and redistributing it to her poor in Tumpoi City. But the joy of seeing the recipients' smiles becomes addictive. She expands her mission, sneaking into luxury homes and donating stolen riches to the oppressed. This Robin Hood-style activity quickly draws public attention--and the wrath of the authorities.
